Parts — Krone baler

KRONE balers are widely used for harvesting hay, straw, and silage thanks to their high reliability, sturdy construction, and stable operation under heavy loads. This German-made equipment is designed for long-term use, but to maintain efficiency, timely maintenance and high-quality parts are essential.

Regular replacement of worn components helps prevent downtime during harvest, ensures uniform bale formation, and reduces the risk of serious breakdowns. Original and proven compatible parts for KRONE balers fully meet the manufacturer’s technical requirements and guarantee stable operation of all machine units.

Main KRONE Baler Parts

KRONE balers have a complex design with many mechanisms operating under high stress. The most in-demand parts include:

• pickup and its drive components;
• chain and belt transmissions;
• bearings and housing assemblies;
• rollers, shafts, sprockets;
• knotter assembly and its components;
• gears and transmission parts;
• springs, bushings, pins, and fasteners;
• consumables for routine maintenance.

Even minor wear of a single component can negatively affect the baler’s operation, the quality of bale formation, and the machine’s overall productivity.
