Parts — Other Manufacturers

Balers from various manufacturers are widely used in agriculture for picking up, compacting, and forming hay, straw, or silage into bales or rolls. Regardless of the machine brand, stable operation depends on the proper condition of all assemblies and the use of high-quality spare parts.

Intensive operation of balers during the forage harvesting season leads to natural wear of components. Timely replacement of spare parts helps avoid downtime in the field, maintain equipment productivity, and prevent serious breakdowns. For this reason, it is important to select original or proven compatible components that meet the technical requirements of a specific model.

Main Spare Parts for Balers

The design of a baler includes a large number of mechanisms that operate synchronously under significant loads. The most commonly required spare parts are for the following assemblies:

• pickup unit and its drive;
• chain and belt drive systems;
• bearings and bearing housings;
• rollers, shafts, and sprockets;
• knotter system;
• gears and transmission components;
• springs, bushings, pins, and fastening elements;
• consumable parts for maintenance.

Even minor wear of an individual component can negatively affect the quality of bale or roll formation and lead to uneven operation of the entire machine.
