6M - a new line of John Deere tractors

JD Corporation has brought to the world market an advanced line of tractors of the 6M series. It presents four latest models of equipment: four cylinders, 90-120 horsepower, a wheelbase of 2.4 m.

What's new?

The 6M series line has a number of innovations:

• - All models have a comfortable improved cabin with improved sound insulation up to 70 dB(A). On the right dashboard are all the most important operating sensors and controllers.
• - Updated CommandQuad transmission.
• - Additionally, machines can be equipped with a Compact CommandArm unit with a control panel located on the armrest.

The upgradedJohn Deere 6M series agricultural tractors differ from their predecessors in that they are equipped with up to 4 mechanical or electric SCVs. It should be noted that such electric valves have not been used before.

All switches on the electro-hydraulic control joystick can be programmed. The direction of movement of the machine can be changed at the request of the driver on both the electro-hydraulic and mechanical joysticks, by simply pressing a button.

All this increases the efficiency, the life of the unit, increases the comfort for the tractor driver.

The cab features mechanical suspension and the proven TLS front suspension. LED lighting in 360 degrees will allow you to perform field and other work at any time of the day, in any natural light.

In addition to all of the above, the 6M Series tractors offer a choice of three gearbox designs:

• - PowrQuad - four-speed manual and,
• - AutoQuad - four-speed semi-automatic transmission,
• - CommandQuad Plus - fully automated shifting without the use of pedals or clutch levers.

Thanks to the implementation of EcoShift (proprietary system for reducing fuel consumption), the maximum speed of 40 km / h is easily reached already at a reduced engine speed of 1590 rpm. In addition, AutoClutch allows the machine operator to comfortably stop and restart the engine with a single press of the brake pedal.

The latest innovative AMS solutions (alpha magnetic spectrometer) and implemented modern FarmSight agricultural business management systems are integrated with JDLink telematics. In addition, all equipment can be equipped with advanced StarFire 6000 satellite receivers and portable displays 4240 or 4640 GreenStar.
