The part is designed to connect the forks of the cardan shaft, transfer rotational motion between two shafts and to dampen the dynamic deformation of the cardan joint.
Crosspiece 972580 is a unit of complex spatial shape in the form of a cruciform hinge made of steel. It consists of a cruciform base, at the ends of which there are housings with needle bearings (4 pcs.).
The part is made of special, heat-treated steel for maximum strength and wear resistance.
